Hi guys, I had bloods done a few weeks ago the the endo requested however despite ticking a few extra boxes on the form they didn’t test those.
I put the results I did have in here and it was suggested that I reduce my thyroid s by 1/4 of a pill which I did but felt awful and have gained nearly half a stone in 3 weeks.
I have asked my doctors to run tests again including the vitamins and iron and he has given me this form. Is this going to be sufficient?

Thank you, I know my anti bodies are high and I have hashi’s. The nhs dont test these on a regular basis. I do them periodically with medichecks though
No point in retesting antibodies. They fluctuate all the time. But, the actual level has no bearing on anything. Once you know you have Hashi's, that's it. It doesn't go away whatever the antibody level is.
As fuchsia-pink said, it depends what is covered by TFT. If it's just TSH, then no, it won't be adequate. And, by TFT, most doctors do just mean TSH, because they think it tells them all they need to know, unfortunately.
