Hot cold flushes?

Just a quick question, does anyone else sometimes feel like there face is on fire but my hands and feet are cold? But I've also got a chesty cough so I don't know if that has something to do with it. 😒

I do have ice cold legs but my face, back and bottom can burn up - sometimes in my case it was because of the medication but I have read it can be to do with a vitamin B deficiency ( the doctors can check your levels for you) or maybe it could be because the Thyroid regulates temperature and as it isn't working properly then our thermostat is all over the place.
