We need 459 signatures to hit the 10,000 mark which is required for the Dept of Health to respond to the petition to fund research into the use of T3 and NDT as alternatives to Levothyroxine. Please sign and share with family and friends.

The number of signatures is only so that it will be debated in parliament, not that anything will be done about it!!

Glynisrose, I0,000 signatures will get a response. 100,000 signatures are required for a parliamentary debate. Negativity doesn't get anything done either!!

Trouble is a lot aren't actually active members and won't know about it as HU won't mass email the petition on behalf of TUK

Life is a combination of Both Give and Take. Anyone who has ever had cause to come to this forum with their problems has probably taken much in help and advice from others who were here to befriend them and share their knowledge.

Surely,putting ourselves out to sign this petition and share it with our friends and family is our opportunity to " Give " something back.

Wouldn't it be great to think that our persistence had in some small way helped to improve the treatment and medication made available for future sufferers of Thyroid Disease.

It looks like the Facebook police may have removed the link to the petition that I had posted as it states it might have been removed when I tried to amend the post. I will see if I get any respons from friends..and if not will post a question on my page seeing if anyone has seen it Strange after all the vile and offensive stuff posted on Facebook that is not policed .
