Can it be put onto a Care2 petition or some other method as they are brilliant at promoting and sharing?? I got 75,000 signatures for zoo animals that way!!

I doubt they would incorporate a gov petition into one of their's but thanks for thinking of it x MaryF

Might be worth a try, could paste the link into the petition, Care 2 are really good, the whole community work well to promote and help things.
