Is anyone here doing better on Armour than on Erfa or any of the other brands containing sugar/dextrose instead of cellulose?

anyone doing better on Armour than other NDT brands?
I have always been better on Armour as Erfa didn't suit me at all.
JanJan, can I ask how much Armour you are taking? Are you chewing the pills up? I had go off Erfa as it caused terrible itching (which went away within 48 hours after stopping it), so now I need to look for alternatives...either Armour, NP Thyroid, or Thai NDT, as I prefer NDT to synthetic combo drugs. Thyroxine alone did not work for me, but left me seriously hypothyroid.
Did you also take Armour before the 2009 reformulation?
I have been on armour since 1998 and unfortunately had to suffer the reformulation. It is now back to what it was before. I am on 1 1/2 grains armour plus 75 mcg thyroxine, as a combination of the two suits me.I chew the pills and take with a large glass of water an hour before food.
Itching usually shows me that I'm on too much medication.
Thanks, interesting about the itching, I thought it was only because I was allergic to one of the fillers...interesting also that you mention a second reformulation of Armour, getting it closer to what it used to be before 2009...I have read so many posts saying the same thing that I am beginning to believe it
