Thai thiroyd

I've asked & had some good replies about thyroid s .. How about Thai thiroyd as it is spelled.. Anyone tried this one???

I've made a decision and purchased thiroyd.. I've done a wee bit digging & had good feed back on this product.. Fraction of the cost of other brands.. All I have to do now is tell my GP on Tuesday, hopefully she will work with me on this as I'm not asking her to prescribe for me.. Thanks folks!

3 years on and I still haven't told my doc I take thiroyd. He still thinks I take t3 and t4 which he prescribes. The annual test results look pretty much the same so he never had any reason to query them.

I'm Gona tell the GP I'm doing it.. She's got nothing to worry about if she's not prescribing it.. Maybe give her the opportunity to see how it works !!

Yes it has.. Feeling much better than I did on Levo.. Taking all the vitamins & minerals too makes a massive difference..

Hi my synthyroid has arrived,do you think I'm best to split one tablet into 2 doses or just take one in morn.

I think that's levothyroxine u have.. In which case means your full dose in the morning!!

Synthroid is synthetic levothyroxine, the same stuff that many people are given ... Only in the uk we just call it thyroxine or levo. You can dose once a day, but make sure it is taken on an empty stomach and leave it an hour before you eat.. I always took mine last thing at night.

Were you hoping tbo buy NDT? If so, you need to do some more research. :-(.

I use it some of the time (mostly I use T3 only). Odd to buy as it is advertised as "something else", but supplier I use is fine and very helpful. Seems to work, but I'm not as hypo as some of you.

for those already on thiroyd from thia, can you tell me if I have been using 100mcg of synthroid or synthetic t4, how much thiroyd does it take for equivalent...I know I need to divide the dosage...is it weaker than nature throid or armour....since it isn't USP. advice greatly appreciated......

you took in comparison to your t4 medication that you were taking...

did it take much more or was it still the equivalent

or if you were taking 100mcg of lev and now take this much thiroyd...appreciate all replies.....

I was on 100 Levo & now take 3 grains of thiroyd..
