Difficult one! You could either be over medicated or not converting so you need a FT3 result to see if that is in range or not. Dr Lowe says having a slight over rande of FT4 is ok as long as FT3 is in range though your TSH isn't suppressed. How are you feeling? A little more information may help to get more replies.

Don't know a great deal about cortisol but I'm sure someone else will come along and comment.
