Denne, Being in range is little comfort when you are still symptomatic. TSH is slightly below range, probably due to taking oral T3. FT4 is low in range which is also common when taking oral T3. FT3 is good, but could be higher. A 10mcg increase in T3 might help with symptoms and isn't likely to send your FT3 over range.

Ask your GP to test ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate as hypothyroid patients often deficient/low and these deficiencies can cause musculoskeletal pain, fatigue and low mood similar to hypothyroid symptoms. Both hypothyroidism and low B12 can cause dizziness/vertigo. Post your results with the lab ref ranges (the figures in brackets after your results) in a new question and members will advise whether supplementation is required.
