Kjs, TSH is suppressed and FT4 looks good but I can't say if FT3 is good or low without the lab ref range (the figures in brackets after your results).
Hi KJ, as Clutter mentioned, the FT3 range is needed and should be in the upper part of the range. But if your FT4 is also up there and it turns out that your FT3 is low, there is some problem with your conversion. I've noticed that many people have posted FT3 in the 4.8 level which they didn't seem to feel was high enough but it really depends on how YOU feel. Low FT3 will usually present hypo symptoms since it is the active part of the hormone. Since T4 is a storage hormone it is not as noticeable because the way it converts, either to free T3 or reverse T3, is what may determine how your condition is manifesting itself.
