Can someone please help me interpret my test results.

I have just had my results back from genova diagnostic.

I took salaiva test am noon pm and night.

Would love to hear some fees back???

You're definitely low. Are you on thyroid meds at all?

It's your awakening response that is worst, which is why I asked about thyroid meds. If you are taking thyroid meds, take a look at Paul Robinson's book "Recovering With T3". I know his method isn't for everyone.

As some food for thought. My awakening level was higher than yours, but the daytime ones were lower. I take 17.5mg hydrocortisone, 4 Nutri Adrenal extra and 1 x AdrenoMax.

Some people prefer not to use hydrocortisone and work with the glandulars (NAX or nutri adrenal) and adaptogenic herbs such as liquorice, ashwagandha or rhodiola. What works for one person doesn't work for another. I find Vit C (2 - 3 g) helpful.

Have you considered a private appointment with a doctor who understands adrenal issues? I can PM you some names.

Thank you rose trees .yes currently I am on NDT(self medicating). I read paul robbinsin book and am thinking about trying t3.
