(25-hydroxyvitamin D3 *87.8 nmol/L,

25-hydroxyvitamin D2 *2.8 nmol/L)

total Vit D *90.6 nmol/L

what do you guys think is that high enough?

Minus, optimal range is 75-200 so it is okay for now. Light levels are too low to stimulate vitD during Oct-April so you should supplement then. 1,000iu daily softgel caps should be all you need.

What about d-lux better you 1000iu? Is that OK the spray drops

I recommended softgel caps as the D3 is in oil, Minus and fat is needed to absorb D3. if you can't tolerate capsules then the spray should be fine.

I just got some subligual spray to try, it's cholecalciferol in coconut oil, peppermint flavour. :)
