My results have just come through, says adequate, but wanted to see what anyone else thinks.

Total Vitamin D 85.1 nmol/L

(25-hydroxyvitamin D3 : 82.3 nmol/L, 25-hydroxyvitamin D2 : 2.8 nmol/L)

Pinklady, 75-200 is optimally replete, so 85 is better than adequate :) You should maintain the level Oct-April by supplementing 2,500iu D3 daily.

Things are definitely looking up today, my t3 is on its way and I'm hoping it will be here before my holiday as we go away next weekend.

Not a sun holiday, I don't like it hot & suffer from heat stroke, but Iceland where it just seems to be raining all the time! No vit D there then! Lol

Thanks again for all your help.

My last results were very similar to yours and I was told by my GP not to supplement any more. I started off at 35, but I do still take a dose every week as I'm not outdoors much.
