Hi, just thought that I should tell you that up until 3years ago I had never heard of B12 did not know how important it was to me, until I went to my local Health Food shop, the assistant was very knowledgable and told me to try Viridian Multi Vitamins and B 12 I am not going to say they are a miracle cure but they did make a difference to my well being .
