I did a Thriva (good system) test recently for B12, D, Ferritin and Folate. Unfortunately folate not available as blood cells burst but the following are my results. I'm not familiar with how Thriva lay to their results table but they all looked good except possibly B12?
B12 Active 71.2pmol
D 205 nmol
Ferritin 149 ug/l
I've been taking 2 x Metavive I until the last few days when I switched to Levo 50 as the metavive was making my tongue swell up!
I supplement B, C and D+K2 daily.

Thanks Jaydee - the ranges are laid out a little differently on there but seem to be:
Vit D 50-250 n/mol
Ferritin - 44-150 ug/L
B12 (active) 37.5-188 p/mol
There's a multi-coloured band where the ranges sit and I'm not sure whether their 'optimal' or 'normal' is actually the case. Just wanted to check.
I'm taking a sublingual VitD+K2, SBR nutrition and had just increased it as I'm recovering from a recent c19 infection.
Igennus super B complex which I've just recently re-started as I'd moved to another brand and I now wish I hadn't, I had really good readings with ignennus previously. I stopped this about a week before test. Sublingual B12 which I've been sporadic with.
You can get a standard PDF with all the results and reference ranges included from Thriva, but for some unknown reason they make it awkward. It's the main reason I would be reluctant to use them. I don't like their website either, or the fact that people used to get signed up automatically for "subscriptions" to get tested every three months. I don't know if they still do this.
From the "Thriva help center" :
Can I download or get a printout of my results?
Hint: Yes! Here's how to share results with your GP.
Just send us a message and we'll share a link so you can download a lab certified PDF of your results 🌟
Many thanks humanbean. I used them because you can put together your own test and I specifically wanted these tested, but I agree it’s not as straightforward as medichecks and does seem more ‘corporate’ in its approach, albeit slightly faster results times.
