Thyroidism, then avoid juice plus it is soya based apparently ?

I have started the detox. I'm on almond and hazelnut milk. Don't think it is soya based

There are mixed messages about almonds - seems they can act as a goitrogen. However, that might not apply to heat-treated almond products such as the milk. Please do check it up - might be one of those things that is not very important, but I am not in a position to judge.
