I have just read some replies to another question on B12 supplements and one of the states that must be methylcobalamin and not cyanocobalamin. Would someone be able to explain the difference as I think I've just purchased the wrong one from Holland and Barrett. Thanks

Thank you very much, that has really helped. Just one more question you may be able to help with....I've look on Amazon and there's lots of brands/doses. Are you aware of any that would be best to take. Thanks
I take sublingual as it goes straight into bloodstream rather than stomach. It doesn't matter too much about brand but some prefer a lower dose, i.e. 1,000 or others a higher 5,000. I generally look at number of tablets and then price. You cannot take too much B12 as excess is excreted.
