I like the Nature Provides sublingual works well for me as I don't tend to get enough from a tablet

Thank you so much. I'll have a look at that. It's so difficult to choose supplements as I often react to the fillers so like them to be as natural as possible. It's very expensive to keep buying different ones.

This one is about as good as they get with methyl and adrenosyl in reverse osmosis water (whatever that is!!)... now looked it up its filtered water!

If you got to there website I had a gift voucher to hand to others which should save you £5 FZBX5 🤗

p.s not one of those dodgy ones that I get anything for 😉

I like their Vit D + K2 just in oil too

I always take methylcobalamin, and I take 1000mcg per dose. I don't have a preferred brand, mainly because I absorb B12 well and it doesn't seem to make much difference to me which B12 brand I buy.

The same company that sells the 1000mcg/1mg dose also sells a 5mg dose methylcobalamin product if you are looking for a higher dose.

I'm currently taking these :

amazon.co.uk/Methyl-Tablets...

I do take the suggested B Complex supplements from this forum as well as the separate methylcobalamin :

amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0B...

Yipmai is unavailable, also has the form of B6 that might not suit everyone

When I last bought it I bought enough to keep me going for many months. I must have been lucky. :)

I did the same with Pink Tribe only to find it was the wrong stuff for me when my B6 crashed... past it to my MIL 🤭

Thank you Humanbean. I'm not sure what is the best dose to take but will try the ones I've ordered abd see how I go. Really appreciate all the advice on this site. Thank you everybody.
