I have been taking vit D B12 iron and selenium for 2 months as advised by GP as my last blood test showed low levels. I have my 3rd blood test since hypo diagnosis at the end of the month and GP has asked for these supplements to be tested again as well as thyroid function. A previous post advised that supplements should be stopped 2 weeks prior to test. So I should stop them today. However I am taking these to help improve my health and surely stopping them for 2 weeks could be a step backwards? Any advice please..

I would stop your B12 and selenium now otherwise you won't know if/or how much you are deficient. You can start immediately after your blood test.
So did you get your selenium tested on NHS? I've just paid fro my test along with Iodine, Zinc, Magnesium and Calcium!
