recent blood test showed that on lower dose t4 was 16 but last yr on 150mmg t4 20 so doctor reduce to125 feel so unwell on lower dose

really don't want to go down from 150 to125 felt so sick on 125 especially the mind fog and chronic constipation but gp insists that another blood test is taken before she puts thyroxine up again just want to know how long does it take for levels to change

Joy can you post your TFT results with lab ref ranges. This is the first time I've heard of a GP dosing by FT4, it's usually by TSH which is just as wrong as dosing should be by symptoms.

In my ref range of 10-22 your FT4 would be good.
