Until I get up and get going - which I find really difficult to do.
I'm going to the endo soon as I have a T4 to T3 conversion and adrenal problems and haven't been for a couple of years. (I'm not on any thyroid mess, just fluoxetine, vitamin C and 4 nutri adrenals each day.
I just wondered if anyone else gets this and why it could be?
Thank you in advance!

I've had the shakes and palps when having both high and low cortisol in the morning. At the moment I have high cortisol and I get a weird numbness in my arms too.
Ooh, that's very interesting. I get numbness in my left hand which seems to be carpel tunnel. Thanks for your response Kiltis (and yours Louise ), keep us posted on your progress. I'm hoping to have tests done soon with any luck! Charlie
