Hi Be sure to ask for a print out with ranges. Bloods useless without ranges, different labs vary.

My sisters thyroid does not work anymore and she takes her tablets alongside anything,food,other tablets etc she doesn't care how she takes them and she is OK I have no thyroid and I take mine without food ,even when I'm starving
