Your Ferritin level is too low and I hope someone will comment upon it further but I think your folate will be needed too.

Your B12 although in the 'normal' range is too low. You can supplement with sublingual B12 but it must be methylcobalamin and this is a link. You cannot overdose on B12 as excess is excreted through urine. You TSH looks fine.
