New Blood results any advise. Serum Vitamin B12 Level 446ng/l, Serum Folate level (42u5) 6.8ng/ml. Serum TSH Level 2.02miu/l.
Your tsh is too high and probably need more b12 but im sure someone will be able to put a better view of a it. :-)!
Have you got the ranges to go with these tests please?
You really need to have your FT4 tested as well as thyroid antibodies.
Are you diagnose? On treatment?

B12/Folate Haematinic assays
Serum Vitamin B12 Level (XE2pf) 446ng/l (180.0 - 914.0)
Serum folate level (42U5) 6.8ng/ml (4.6 - 18.7)
Mean Cell Haemoglobin level (XE2pb) 25.5pg (27.0 - 33.0) Below low reference limit
but no action required.
I'm been diagnosed under active thyroid just over 12 months ago and started taking 100gm levothroxine taking it up to 150gm now back down to 125gm. My legs anc joints ache. I have had difficulty in sleeping so on 20mg Amitriplyline.
