Adrenal stress results...help needed...

I've just received my 24 hour adrenalstress profile results from Genova Diagnostics.Please can anyone help me to interpret them? They are as follows:

Cortisol Levels

Sample 1 8:30am: 20.1 nmol/L

Sample 2 12:30pm: 7.3 nmol/L

Sample 3 4:30pm: 10.5 nmol/L (High)

Sample 4 11:00pm: 2.2 nmol/L

DHEA Levels

Sample 2 (am): 2.47 nmol/L (high)

Sample 3 (pm): 1.66 nmol/L (high)

DHEA mean: 2.07 (0.4-1.47 nmol/L)

DHEA:cortisol ratio: 5.15 (2.0-6.0)

Secretory IgA: 78.8 ug/mL (Low) (118-641 ug/mL)
