hello thanks for your fast reply.. well im going to a gastroenterologist in 2 weeks .. but im asking to tell hom exactly what my symptoms are trying to tell me ..
My symptoms are:
1-always bloated (with food or without) i wake up @ morning with a 3 months pregnancy look..
2-constipation (i go to toilet once per day in small quantities..)
3- dry skin (no matter whatn moisturizers i use 1 hour later dryiness pops!)plus little bumps appear for 20 mins and go with thr own (but leaves a simple tiny white bump) knowing that i have a super clear skin.
4- fatigue
5- soo much gasses ( without a bad smell)
Note : I exercise and i have a healthy life atyle i eat super healthy i dont eat diary food ..but the bad thing is that i dont eat fruits at all!
I drink 2 liters of water everyday...
Note: 1 year ago im experienceing a super hectic and stressful work..!
Breakfast: 2 small chia brown breas sandwichesLunch: it depends what is cooked at home ( i eat soo much soups i love soups..vegetables or chicken soup..) ( steak and mashed potatos ..grilled salmon ..rice and meat .. ) i eat protiens ..I barley eat junk food or fried food i prefer grilled food ...
Note : i eat too little quantities..8 years ago i did a very strict diet and i lost 20 killos .. I don’t knw if this thing is related ..if my body lost vitamins or fibers or whatever..! Im rlly worried about myself..all ths past years i took care of my body ..and now im gonna get married in 3 months and don’t want this bloated thing to stay ..(knowing that im skinny and i have a flat tummy!)
I agree LIttle Toad, IBS is a condition that is used by doctors for those suffering from digestive issues (when they don't really know how to fix it). It really is a blanket term used for a wide range of symptoms, however the UNDERLYING issues are never addressed. Dr’s may give medications to help relax muscles or help with pain, but this won’t actually fix digestion or heal the gut.
A nutritionist can tell if you have symptoms of a leaky gut and then help you to heal it. There's lots of ways to do this I am a nutritionist, so PM if you want more details.
Glad your better, so good you've fixed yourself Sounds like you should be a nutritionist too It can take time to figure out what's going on, but it's worth it, as things can get worse if you leave them The fodmap didn't help me either, does help some, but I don't think it really gets to the actual problem of what's going on.
