Fennel seeds help me with that, and acid tummy. I make a tea with them, or just chew on a few.

Yes, I sometimes get that and it can be quite painful at times. And at other times it just makes my lower tummy horribly bloated.

What I've found helps me are:

Drinking a hot tea (I have mine without milk). The best for that is supposed to be peppermint tea and maybe Fennel or Camomile. But I find a hot Earl Grey tea works just as well ! So choose your tea.

I hug the teapot to my lower tummy while it's brewing.

Also lying down on blankets on the floor and relaxing. Bringing my knees up one at a time, and turning to the left then to the right etc.

A warm bath.

Tummy massage. Sometimes I can actually feel the wind as a big lump in my lower abdomen. I massage that and it makes me pass wind, then the lump goes.
