probiotics!!!

When should I take pribiotics or proboitics ? should I take them before I eat ( well try!!! 2 ) I take a yakult 1st thing in the morning then I drink teas with lactomilk in it then about 3pm(ish) I eat gluten free pasta with carrots,swede frozen beans tuna a bit of butter& Parm cheese mixed herbs and a small teaspoon of seafood sauce as I am puzzled about them I have got kefir it is just a minefield as far as they are concerned and how much of the stuff should I take (i.e a tablespoonful ) can anyone help please and should I even bother Thank You very much!!!Take care all you good people x

Best take up of probiotic supplements is within 1/2 hour of a fat containing meal on an empty stomach. I take mine first thing in the morning just before breakfast which contains nuts and seeds.
