Yes I have for the last 5 years!!

Am now week 7 into a gluten free diet & all symptoms have gone.

Please try it it is well worth the effort.

Gluten is in all processed food & made me soooo ill in & out of hospital etc. Lost my job through illness.

All good now though & have my life back.

Good luck

I felt like that 8 years ago and I kept putting it down to other things - I had just lost my father and was sorting his funeral and estate out etc. I had also put on about 30lb in the space of a couple of months which was strange considering I wasn't eating more. My doctor did a full blood screen including lipid profile and it turned out I had non alcoholic fatty liver disease and my results were sky high incl my blood pressure. So please go to your doctor and mention anything that might be relevant. Good luck.

I get like that, usually when I'm exercising - nearly fell asleep on a mountain! People recommended sports drinks to me and they seem to help a little when I need them.

I feel like that at times too. I cut out dairy as I have an intolerance to it and ensure to have a coffee just before 3 when it the tiredness hits me.

There are so many reasons why you could be like this, from food intolerance, depression, b12 deficiency among other deficiencies.

You should see a gp to see if they can help you find a reason.

It is simply because of stress at physical, mental and/or emotiional level. Of course, food will play important role in balancing the energy level. Also, your own state of mind will affect your day-to-day activities.

I feel like that tiredness sometimes in the morning after waking up, because of the intestinal pain due to IBS. But then I do some light exercises, yoga, meditation to help overcome the stress. You can think of give it a go :)

I get this most days, no matter how long I sleep, I still wake tired.
