So tired

Sitting at my desk at work, had a bit of a flare up this morning and just feel so drained, struggling to keep my eyes open. Just have a constant belly ache and feelings of nausea. Anyone else get this?

Yes. But I dont work...so normally can take it easy for a bit.

Hi Calista, i'm already half way through the day so going to try and follow through. I try to limit the amount of time I have off for my IBS at all possible. Im doing pretty well this year. Its certainly tough though. I just want to curl up in a ball on my sofa at home! Not got Motilium anymore, I actually think its been pulled from the shelves as there was links with heart issues which would be annoying.

It might be replaced with domperidone(?spelling).

Motillium was removed here for a while now back on.

So might be worth a try

Hi... I also had a flare up today sat at my desk also, nothing worse!

I take colofac MR so worry even more when I have a flare up

One thing for sure is I get tired, achy and exhausted every time and I just want to lay down but I carry on! , I also get lightheaded and unnerved

So after work im home pjs tea and toast

I'm glad I'm not the only one though I'm sorry we all go through this. It's so tough getting up and going to work each day but it's got to be done. Anyone have any supplements they take that works?

Today has been just as bad. Don't understand it, tried to eat really sensbly yesterday but my belly feels so uncomfortable and bloated. Afraid to eat anything else 😞
