New to this Group and confused about different approaches and treatments.

I have just been prescribed Prucalopride for awful constipation problems.I would like to ask those who are on taking it if they have experienced any of the listed (scary!) side effects?

I take Linseed/flaxseed on my porridge, large dessert spoonful and I find it helps quite a lot with constipation and doesn't aggregate my IBS. You can get it at supermarket. Worth a try Pat

Thank you for your reply. Ungirtinstely, nothing works at the moment, Nd hasn't done for a fortnight! So to get things moving I need something stronger. I fo hope to go on something more natural once things are working better. At the moment, it's just awful....

how are you now? I suffer bloating/constipation on day 2 of it.got stomach gurgling and actually had a semi bowel movement without laxatives. I’m optimistic
