Stress in small amounts ok, but... Alot of stress can make our current conditions go through the roof. My stress levels are very high at the mo so I am taking regular meds, going for brisk walks and taking a glass of wine in the evening (suitable for me not everyone). Take care🤞

Have you tried ginger? I got nausea a few years ago just when IBS was rearing its ugly head, but I didn't know what it was then. I used fresh ginger pieces, and a piece about 1cm thick (if that) by about 2cm. I chopped it up and ate it slowly with honey because it's a bit hot on the mouth otherwise. But you could also chop it and make a tea. Steep about 10-15 minutes for full effect.

Like Linley just said, I found going for a walk helped, but I live in a countryside place, so it's lovely out there. It depends where you live.

And also like Linley said (contra to most advice about IBS!) i found that a few sips of brandy helped the nausea like you wouldn't believe. But we are all very different, and that might not help you. I put honey in my brandy. Not too much brandy. Only a little bit.

The nausea disappeared, and instead all the other 'joys' (blahhh!).... :( of IBS introduced themselves, and have been with me since.

Are you constipated? Constipation if it goes on a bit, can cause a back-up in the system, which can make you queasy sometimes.

Meclizine. Over the counter (less drowsy dramamine). It will take care of your nausea.
