Famotidine side effects

hi all - I was just put on Famotidine due to ongoing “full” feeling and nauseous most of the time. Unfortunately I had just about got my BM sorted to vaguely normal with diet, yoga and bio kult boosted. Within a day of taking these tablets it out of whack again - going multiple times, feel bloated etc. just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. It does allude to this in side effects so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised, just miffed!

I’m on famotidine as I take NSAID’s and I definitely go multiple times a day and I’m always bloated. But as I have been like that since I developed IBS in conjunction with my ankylosing spondylitis ( very common) I have been on similar medications so it’s hard for me to know if it’s a side effect or just my dodgy belly!
