IBS worse with ADT Hormone Therapy for prostate cancer

I've been taking Bicalutamide hormone therapy tablets to lower my PSA levels prior to radiotherapy treatment. My Consultant asked that I also have a one of shot of another ADT (in addition to the tablet) immediately prior to start of RT.

Since I had the shot ( 4 days ago) my IBS seems worse than ever - it's very bad anyway. Terrible diarrhoea, cramps etc. Can't work out of there isn't connection or not.

Anyone else had similar experience please?

Hi there. I was diagnosed for 35 years with IBS. Then the grade II Sqeamous Cell Carcenoma rectal cancer struck. After Chemo/radiation I had Bile Acid Malabsorption and since then taking tablets for that. It helps but I still get cramps. Last year I had an Ostomy Operation which basically changed my life for the good. Before that I had to go 20 times a day to the toilet with lots of accidents in the car and carpet.
