No, i haven’t, but i see that the problem is tightness or spasms of the anal sphincter. This cream is meant to relax that muscle. I did do physical therapy to relax mine bc i have IBSC that the doc says is caused by muscle incoordination. The PT was very expensive. The purpose of the Botox would be to relax the overly tight sphincter. Have you tried biofeedback?

It won't work in a week. It could be a month before you see any improvement. Stick with it.

It's where you learn to relax your sphincter and keep it relaxed, via guided coaching and (sometimes) a meter where you can see if you are in fact achieving relaxation. In my case, i hold my entire pelvic floor and rectum tight most of the time during the day, withiut even really noticing anymore, and it causes problems when i need to relax my sphincter because it is "trained" to stay tight. Some good ol' guided meditation for whole body relaxation would possibly help, and for free with an app on your phone.
