multiple anal fissures

hi all

I am freaking out. I noticed I have multiple fissures around my anus and everything I'm reading says more than one fissure is a sign of some serious underlying disease. I am freaking out. Is this true

I have searched the web and haven't found anything about this. Perhaps you should try to speak to your doctor about it to put your mind at ease.

I have one and two when I get an attack of IBS d because my gut goes into overdrive. Put your mind at rest and ask your GP

Have it checked. Uk Doctors are very skilled at doing quick assessment. Nhs Treatments work. Check your pooing position too .. aim for a squat ... see Google.
