The pile from hell

I am soooo miserable. Out of the blue I ended up with a pile a few days ago and I am so desperate not to have to go to the loo several times a day (which happens with my ibs).

Last night I had a horrible constant feeling I can only describe as a squeezing cramp just below my waistline - so quite high up for ibs. Feels like if only I could go properly, the feeling would go - but even when I have emptied my bowels I feel just as bad! It feels as though I have hot wind inside me if that makes sense!

Using a sitz bath and proctosedyl but the problem is the ibs loo visits which don't give my bum a rest! Just needed a moan

Moan away. Been there too.I find that Anusol works better than proctosedyl.
