IBS stomach pain

I am new here. I got diagnosed with IBS about 4 months ago. It’s been hard first months but then with probiotics it went all pain like completely. I never had diarrhea or any weird toilet habits. Only stomach pain every day. But after Christmas it went so bad so had strong stomach cramps but with buscopan it settled but pain is still there. Do I am the only one who have pain when you do press tummy when lay down? I just not sure if that’s normal or not never really pressed before 🤷‍♀️

Hi I am the same I am not sure if it’s normal as only been diagnosed this year following my Covid jabs . If you do fine relief please point me in the right direction I have had constant pain now for 5 weeks doing everything I possibly can do with only minimal relief with buscopan.

How strange I got my first pain started after my first Covid jabs. Now I wonder if something is do with that. I can 100% recommend probiotics Mindlinx Bio care there is something which apparently helps for gut. I went to homeopath and she said I have to have all bottle I did and after about 7 days my pain was gone already. But I got my booster few weeks ago and had pain back again and now started another bottle.

Where do I buy it from ? Yes I had my second jab March and had a flare up in April then after a while I was ok then had my Booster end of November and all pain started again.

I will try anything so if you let me know where to get it from I will try it thanks

There is no side effects at all. It’s good bacteria. When we taking antibiotics we killing good bacteria in our body so this restores. To be honest GP’s should recommend this after taking antibiotics. I had one GP who did but they most of them don’t. It’s all good and only will be good for you. This brand have own website too where you can read up about everything. Just on their own website is more expensive. My homeopath recommended this so it’s definitely good 😊

I would take a multivitamin and maybe try high dose (fairly easy to get) effervescent vitamin C with pineapple juice (a good source of bromelaine ) to help clear you out a little bit.
