Kegal 8 for pelvic floor

Hi its a kegal 8 electronic pelvic floor exerciser if u go to their website kegal 8..or sometimes on ebay there's cheaper ones around but for me that's the best ones there around 150 not cheap but last for years you just need to buy new probes after a while but nothing else...honestly it's Been a god send to me as I've avoided surgery for 8 years now unfortuetky I do have to have a op but I will still use it after I recover ...use vit d aswell and collegan is a good one to strenghten your pelvic floor ..I had never heard of a pelvic floor 10 yrs ago lol let alone a kegal 8...lol...let me know how u get on it takes a good few weeks to start with twice a day then just maybe once a week or whenever u feel you need it ...jeanette x

It's easy its a small probe u put up your nu.nu lol and it attaches to a electronic devise that u control the stimulation to strengthen your pelvic floor...it was a god send to me first one 8 years ago but had 2 more as they update them its not painful or sexual lol if you go on the kegal 8 website you will see...really worth a try ...jx
