Any advice

Sore joints especially first thing in morning,difficult to walk,taking co codamol but doesn’t seem to help much,been looking at supplements but there are so many plus I take omaprazole which might not agree with some supplements ,any advice would be appreciated

This sounds like it could be arthritis or fibromyalgia! There seems to be a link with fibromyalgia and IBS. Could I ask please if your IBS is diarrhoea or constipation dominant?

Good evening Megans, I agree with Maureen, it sounds like it could possibly be Fibromyalgia. I have fibro and definately much worse in the morning, legs very sore and seized up
