cramps before bowel movements?

Is this normal with IBS? It's not severe pain, it's almost like I can feel my bowels moving with some cramping and then I'll relieve myself and feel better. Does anybody else feel this? I'm also 8 months postpartum so not sure if this has anything to do with it. Also had a clear colonoscopy.

It's very normal in some people to feel your bowl movement before going to the toilet, specially if you suffer from IBS so nothing to worry about dear.
