When I'm going out I now wear Always desposible knickers in case of accidents it helps me feel a bit more confident. I still feel anxious which isn't helpful, it's like a vicious circle the more anxious you feel the more you focus on your ibs symptoms. If I'm going out I get up earlier than usual and give myself time to go to the loo also I tend not to eat very much or have got drinks while I'm out (oh the joy of ibs) in case it triggers my ibs off. I wouldn't wish ibs on anybody .
