Sounds as if they’re giving you a full blood test to rule out any other condition. Makes more sense than just looking at a single possibility, getting a “false negative”, and you being no more aware of what is causing your symptoms. I wouldn’t worry about it, rather the contrary: I wish we all got that sort of professional and thorough treatment!
I have had 8 tubes taken before now when they did a full test of everything under the sun, 2 - 4 tubes are standard so no need to worry
