Has anyone tried this app out for following the low fodmap diet? I’ve never properly tried the diet before but I’ve had enough of the symptoms I’m experiencing and I’ve seen this app recommended quite a bit and it’s the one the NHS recommend but it’s £7.99 so just wanted to see if anyone else has tried it and if it’s worth it?

Yes I do use it and would say it's worth it because it is regularly updated with things like safe serving sizes as Monash test new foods or conduct more tests on foods. Also they developed the diet, so they will have the best information on it imo!

Thank you, I ended up buying it so hopefully it comes in handy!

Definitely worth it. Impossible to do the diet properly without it.
