Afternoon everyone hope you'd are all safe & well.

After my recent post I had a telephone call with my Doc, he put me on Febogel, has anyone else used them & are they any good

They are hit and miss with myself. But everyone is different. Hope they work well. You have to take them half hour before food.

Yes I would say they are good and do what they are intended for.

Yes. They work for me to relieve constipation but you have to drink lots of water during the day for it to work effectively

Thanks for the comments, i did say during the call my problem is not with constipation however he assured me it would firm the stool, apposite-waste of time.
