Hi everyone, I had a colonoscopy 3 months ago due to bleeding in stool. 2 Polyps was removed and biopsy was taken, everything turns out good.i had MRI as well, results is negative, then I went for blood test cancer marker on liver , pancreas and colon, result is also good. After that I went for stool test including calprotectin and it turns out good as well. What trouble me is every few weeks, I will have a bit of blood in the stool. I really don’t know why. My doctor told me I had taken whatever test I need to so he did tell me not to alarm. Anyone have any comments will be good, I’m just worried

I had my first colonoscopy recently and had three polyps. After that my bowel movements were larger and more firm than before. Could that blood be from a hemorrhoid? Mine was. Everything else, like you, was normal. I’m taking a stool softener twice a week and no more blood.
Actually my stool is quite soft, I don’t feel difficult in getting my BM, before my colonoscopy, I had discomfort in tummy and abit blood in stool but after colonoscopy, everything is okay including results and my stool and discomfort, but after a while, the blood will comes once in a while. The Doctor as mentioned said I had taken whatever test so he just said don’t be alarm
