Yes, I've had it many times and it sometimes smells awful as well.

Very bad at times, yes..very embarrassing!

🙋Yep, think it goes with the territory. I encourage more burps by taking oxygenated charcoal tablets (2) after every meal. I find it helpful for reducing bloating and aim for the wind to come up rather than wait to travel down 😉

Yes I get it. Sometimes I cant pass it I get an ache in my bowels too. Does anybody else get that.

I get terrible painful trapped wind which is very difficult to move, just pace around hoping it will shift. If only there was a pill for it!!!!

I am the same. Wind rumbles around bowels and stomach. Get fed up with it.

I have been to Pain Management and have been put down for a Lidocaine Infusion which takes place in Day Surgery. There are some nasty risks attached so not sure whether to go ahead with it. 18 week wait.
