Does anyone take aloe Vera capsules to help with slow track bowel and constipation . I suffer with diverticulitis as well . And was wondering if Aloe Vera would help . I m on constella 290 ,one a day .

The NICE guidelines do not recommend Aloe Vera for the treatment of IBS.
