I’m new here, but have been dealing with lower right abdominal pain since last February. I’ve been to multiple doctors and specialists and have had both an endoscopy and a colonoscopy (both came back perfect).
Other symptoms I have include severe bloating, unpredictable bowel movements, fatigue, increasingly painful period pains and constant burping.
I know this isn’t really a place for diagnosis but since the doctors have no idea I thought I’d turn to some people who may be experiencing something similar to myself.
I also want to add that with some of my BM (especially when my right side is particularly sore) I get a lot of (TMI AHEAD) mucus. And a lot of the time (like in the photo provided) I get an urge to go to the toilet and when I do nothing happens except passing some wind and then when I wipe I get a big clump of yellow tinted mucus...
Is this a symptom usually found with IBS? Are any of my symptoms related to IBS?

I presume your doctors have advices on a low formal diet. Try an exclusion diet to see if you are dairy, yeast or whest intolerant. If your tests are normal then i would suggest what is shown in your photo is undigested vegetable or fruit matter. I've seen similar with spinach and green veggies. Stop or cut down on fruit for a couple of weeks and don't eat cabbage, broccoli, sprouts, lettuce or peas for a couple of weeks just to see if things settle down and improve. Hope this us of use.
I have literally the same problems as you have and still don’t know what is wrong with me. I’ve been seeing my GI for a year and a half, had multiple colonoscopies, endoscopy, CT, MRI, stool tests, urin, blood...3 weeks ago I took a Pillcam test, still waiting for results. I wish you all the best in your journey, hopefully is nothing serious in your case.
I get mucus like that. Pretty typical of I B S. I also get pain in my abdomin. Right side pain could be gall stones. Your symptoms sound I B S like and as other tests are coming back ok it could be. Keep going with the drs until they give you a diagnosis. I had blood tests and then they diagnosed me as all my bloods were ok.
