Stomach upset

Hi all,

What could be my rumbling noisy tummy, Diarrhea and upset stomach (epigastric area) that came from nowhere since 3/4 days now?

I suffer from acid reflux and I am on omeprazole.

Hi there - could it be food poisioning? Try a very simple diet such as chicken and rice, toast, bananas for snacking and water i.e. no spices, fatty foods and hopefully it will settle soon

There are a lot of bugs going about at the minute. Just keep an eye on it. If things change for the worse or it lasts longer than two weeks see GP.

i got this i not thrown up though i don't know weather it is a stomach bug or ibs :S bit worried tbh
