Been doing some research for my friend and she thought she was eating low fodmap but some of the foods on the list she printed off i have found under high on ther lists. She been eating things like sprouts, leeks, watermelon are just a few that were low on her list but high on some of the ones i have found. Can i ask does anyone have a true fodmap list so she knows shes doing it right.

Leeks are high in Fructans. Watermelon is a triple header, fructans, fructose and mannitol. Sprouts contain high fructans. All high FODMAPs.
It is not clear on the page you posted where the author gets his information from. Try the links I sent you on my post about lactose.
The Monash Protocol helped cure my IBS and SIBO after 7 years of trying to get the right answers...along with a GI and Dietician who understood the condition, unfortunately so many 'experts' do not have a clue!
Hi, there isn't a definitive FODMAP list because it's constantly changing as the foods are tested. Any exclusion diet should be undertaken under the supervision of a registered dietitian trained in FODMAPs. This App from King's College may help kcl.ac.uk/lsm/schools/life-...
In the UK people are using the KCL pamphlets as guidance. I did try the KCL App but it did not work well on my phone.
The Monash App is good, but Australian foods are not always 100% the same for fodmaps as tested in the UK (I know surprising!)
I also use the Tummi FODMAP App as my food diary. That scores the items for high and low fodmap whilst you make entries in the diary. That is really helpful for me. I think it uses the KCL data.
